2025 ISU Land Value Survey
Thank you for participating in the 2025 Iowa Land Value Survey!
If you have any questions regarding the survey or know other agricultural professionals who would like to participate, please reach out to us at landvalue@iastate.edu or rchandio@iastate.edu. Your participation is greatly appreciated, and we value your voluntary and confidential responses. The Iowa State county-level farmland value estimates would not be possible without your valuable input.
If you know another agricultural professional familiar with the Iowa farmland market who hasn’t yet completed the survey, feel free to invite them to participate online at bit.ly/landvalue2025. Your help in spreading the word is appreciated!
The Iowa State Land Value Survey was initiated in 1941, and is the longest running state-level survey on farmland value in the country. You can go to the ISU Survey Archive on the CARD Farmland portal to view survey results as far back as 1950.
This year’s results will be announced at a press conference on Tuesday, December 9th, at 10 a.m. in Room 301 Curtiss Hall, Iowa State University. The event will also be streamed live on YouTube. You can join the live stream by visiting bit.ly/landresults2025.
Thank you once again for your support!
Best,
